Philosophy. At Next World Capital, we believe in your right to privacy and your right to control your personal information.
IP Addresses. When you visit our website, we use Google Analytics to analyze our site traffic, and your IP address is collected on an aggregated basis with other users. Other Information You Provide. If you use the Contact Us link, you will provide us with your email address. We use this to respond to your request for contact. We store your email address on our secure servers with industry standard encryption. If you further communicate with us by email and voluntarily provide other personal information, all such information is stored on our secure servers.
Email Communications. If you provide us with your email address, we may use Affinity CRM to add you to our mailing list for newsletters and event announcements. If you do not want to receive these communications, please use the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of these communications, or let us know through the Contact Us link and we will remove you from the list.
Confidentiality. We do not share your personal information with anyone, other than your IP address with Google Analytics and your email address with Affinity CRM. These third party service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations to us.
Copy Requests. If you would like a copy of your personal information in our possession, please use the Contact Us link and we will send it to you.
Deletion Requests. If you would like us to delete your information from our records, please use the Contact Us function and we will ensure that it is deleted.
Data Breaches. If we experience a data breach, we will notify our users promptly by email.
